Scarab

'Scarab' is the first engine from Smith & Harrison and is based loosely on an Orenstein & Koppel industrial locomotive. The model is powered by a custom made high-torque, low-revving D.C. motor. This is regulated by a manual speed controller, specifically designed and built by us for use on our locos. Power is supplied by NiMh rechargeable batteries. (A charger is supplied with the loco.)

Colours
Six colour choices, in a satin finish, are available with any combination of:
