Janet 0-4-0

Janet represents tremendous value for money and is an ideal and affordable first step into the wonderful world of steam garden railways. She is fitted as standard with apressure gauge, water level gauge and a water top-up system and so this sturdy little loco can be kept in steam almost indefinitely. The most striking characteristic of Janet is her controllability; her regulator allows precision control and her open cab design, so typical of narrow gauge quarry engines, means no problems of access.

• 0-4-0 inside framed chassis, with double acting oscillating cylinders.
