
Rheidol
Rheidol is a model of the 2-4-0 locomotive built by W.G. Bagnall in 1896 which, after an uncertain start in life, ran on the Vale of Rheidol Railway at Aberystwyth in Wales until finally withdrawn from service in 1924.

- 2-4-0 outside framed chassis with two precision double-acting 'Big Bore' oscillating cylinders driving the rear wheels.
- Internally gas fired, 40psi boiler.
- Laser cut parts with full rivet detail.
- Approximate dimensions: length 260mm, width 100mm, height 150mm.
- Manual control only.
- Fine control steam regulator.
- Displacement lubricator with outside drain screw.
- In-cab reversing valve.
- Brass dome and spectacle rings.
- Boiler duration: approximately 20 - 30 minutes on standard fill. Continuous running possible using filler valve supplied.
- Colours: apple green, standard green, blue or maroon. Other colours by request.
- Gauge: adjustable.
