Darj is a freelance model based on the Darjeeling & Himalayan railway 0-4-0+0-4-0 Garratt (class 'D') built by Beyer Peacock in 1910.

- 0-4-0+0-4-0 outside framed chassis with four precision double-acting 'Big Bore' oscillating cylinders driving the rear wheels.
- Internally gas fired, 60psi boiler.
- Laser cut parts with full rivet detail.
- Approximate dimensions: length 560mm, width 115mm, height 170mm (with rear headlamp fitted).
- Radio control.
- Pressure gauge.
- Directional headlights.
- Boiler duration: approximately 15 minutes on standard fill. Continuous running possible using filler valve supplied.
- Colours: apple green, standard green, blue or maroon. Other colours by request.
- Gauge: adjustable.
- Minimum radius curve: approximately 2'6" (75cm).
