Accucraft Warranty

Accucraft Trains warrant that the mechanical components of it's trains will be free from any defect or malfunction under normal use, for a period of a year from the date of purchase by the original purchaser. The warranty is transferable, by the subsequent purchaser contacting either Accucraft Trains or their agents. Accucraft Trains will remedy any mechanical component found to be thus faulty.

This warranty does not extend to:

  • Any damage to the model resulting from improper use in any manner other than it was designed for.
  • Any damage to the finish or the body of the model.
  • Any other damage (except for damage resulting from a covered defect while in the possession of any consumer).
