Leader
In 1905 Kerr Stuart built two 0-4-2ST "Brazil" class locomotives for the Sittingbourne & Kemsley Light Railway, one of which was "Leader" - the subject of this model.
The model of "Leader" is based on the previous Accucraft model of "Excelsior", but with a number of improvements, including the larger, standard Accucraft cylinders and a water sight glass.
The loco is fitted with a balloon stack chimney but a standard chimney is supplied loose if you want to change the appearance of your model.
The model is built from stainless steel and brass, and with the correct maintenance, will give a lifetime of pleasure.
